Specialty Systems

Abstract

The major sources of data for homicides either do not cover certain areas or facilities, or cannot identify deaths in those specific areas or facilities. This chapter will discuss specialty systems that cannot be identified using the systems covered, including military bases, correctional facilities or other custodial deaths, and workplaces.
