Abstract

With the improvement of people's living standard, food safety problems become more sensitive. From the point of view of agricultural products supply chain, this paper analyzes the food safety concern existing in every link of agricultural products supply, and has proposed relevant countermeasures. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
