Abstract

A progressive distance between Family Law and its natural bases, directly linked to biology and human nature, is currently visible. Suffice it to think about same-sex marriage, adoption by same-sex couples (which generates a filiation in which there are legally two fathers –and no mother–or two mothers –and no father–) or assisted reproduction techniques. Thus, what could be described as a denaturation of Family Law has occurred. This work seeks to allow a fruitful and dispassionate intellectual dialogue to take place in the field of Family Law.
