Abstract

Organizations that want to seize market opportunities, or simply prosper in a long-term time frame, will need to accelerate their innovation and delivery while reducing time to customer feedback. Agile transformations are complex and if you are leading an Enterprise Agile Transformation initiative, then you are surely running into challenges not directly addressed by Agile Manifesto or by advices provided by expensive luminary consultants probably not agreeing each other.
