The research employs a quantitative research method. The population under scrutiny encompasses catering managers in Makassar City and their employees, distributed across various catering businesses, totaling 75 units. Simple Random Sampling is utilized as the sampling technique, with the sample size determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a total of 200 respondents. Subsequently, the acquired data is subjected to analysis using descriptive and statistical analysis methods. Data analysis is conducted through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to assess the seven hypotheses posited in this study. Each hypothesis will undergo analysis using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The research findings indicate that eco-design significantly influences company performance, green manufacturing significantly influences company performance, green purchasing significantly influences company performance, cooperation with customers significantly influences company performance, and green information systems significantly influence company performance.
