Abstract

The major aims of this study were first to construct and validate a questionnaire of Neuro- Linguistic Programming (NLP) and second to examine its relationship with teacher success in the context of Iran. To this end, a questionnaire was designed by picking up the most frequently-used indicators of NLP. To validate the questionnaire, Exploratory Factor Analysis was performed. Then, the authors sought to find out the relationship between NLP and English language teachers success at high schools. Results indicated that there is a significant association between NLP and teacher success. Finally, statistical results were discussed, and implications were provided in the context of English language teaching. Index
