The aim of this study is to determine the moderate role of machiavelism among personality traits in the effect of bank employees supportive and moderate organizational climate on workplace incivility. In this study on bank employees operating in Kayseri and Eskişehir provinces, the relationship between dependent and independent variables and moderating variable was examined through the research model put forward. As a result of the research, a negative relationship was found between the employees perceptions of supportive and moderate organizational climate and workplace incivility and machiavelism. As a result of the hierarchical regression analysis, it has been seen that machiavelist personality traits have a moderating role in the relationship between employees perceptions of supportive and moderate organizational climate and workplace incivility. Accordingly, while the perception of supportive and moderate organizational climate increases for employees with low machiavelist personality, workplace incivility decreases. But while the presence of a supportive and moderate organizational climate increases for employees with a high machiavelist personality, workplace incivility increases. In this sense, the supportive and moderate organizational climate to be created within the organization does not always help prevent workplace incivility, which is a set of destructive attitudes and behaviors. According to the results of the research, it can be said that the main determining factor is the machiavelist personality traits of the individuals. (English) [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
