Abstract

Studied the behavior, work style, and teamwork determinants of work groups in Japanese manufacturing industries. Ss were 412 industrial leaders and 829 industrial workers. A sociologic approach based on assessment of group dynamics/group processes was used. A questionnaire was administered to determine the relationship among 11 teamwork determinants dealing with task orientation and human interactions/human reactions.
