Abstract

In today’s scenario; safety has got more attention and hence there is huge demand for video surveillance and it’s optimize performance. In this current generation of technological evaluation, computer vision technology is more preferable than manual monitoring for safety purpose. Indeed video surveillance system whether for indoor and outdoor surveying essential for detection of running objects from video. The vital object monitoring and analysis has major issue to taken into consideration. Extracting the frames from video sequences for image processing is important task in motion detection. Background subtraction is common method in motion detection. In this article, modified version of frame differencing with feature extraction is discussed. The system is intended to work for MPEG 1280 × 720 resolution of video data with selecting 10 frames per second.
