Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) perlu dikelola secara baik dan profesional agar dapat tercipta keseimbangan antara kebutuhan SDM dengan tuntutan serta kemajuan bisnis perusahaan. Salah satu aspek penting dalam proses pengembangan karyawan adalah aspek kepuasan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kepuasan kerja tenaga kerja pemanen kelapa sawit dan menganalisis pengaruh upah dan premi terhadap kepuasan kerja tenaga kerja pemanen kelapa sawit di PTPN II Kebun Limau Mungkur, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 41 orang pemanen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tenaga kerja pemanen kelapa sawit pada kategori kurang puas. Hasil estimasi regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa upah dan premi secara parsial dan serentak berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap kepuasan kerja tenaga kerja pemanen kelapa sawit di PTPN II Kebun Limau Mungkur Human Resources (HR) need to be managed properly and professionally in order to create a balance between HR needs and the demands and progress of the company's business. One important aspect in the employee development process is the aspect of job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to identify the job satisfaction of oil palm harvesters and to analyze the influence of wages and premiums on job satisfaction of oil palm harvesters at PTPN II Kebun Limau Mungkur, Deli Serdang Regency. The research was conducted by purposive sampling with a total sample of 41 harvesters. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the job satisfaction of oil palm harvesters was in the less satisfied category. The results of multiple regression estimates show that wages and premiums partially and simultaneously significantly affect the job satisfaction of oil palm harvesters at PTPN II Kebun Limau Mungkur
