Abstract

. Intelligent system design for eliminating blind spot of PTZ-controlled CCTV is presented. In nature, PTZ camera cannot monitor every direction. So, there is a possibility of missing objects in other direction. So, our system adopts a raspberry pi for analysis of videos and 4 pi cameras to view all directions. The system carries out foreground segmentation and object tracking by Kalman filter. It counts objects in all videos of pi cameras. It recommends priority to existing main camera with results given by analysis. It is expected to contribute to efficient monitoring in integrated centers.
