Abstract

The article is devoted to the study and analysis of the main principles for innovative doctoral training development in European countries provoked by actual social, economic and political modes, and based on the Bologna process; and the recommendations for the perfection of doctoral training which should be kept in the countries of European region and in Ukraine as well to make national doctoral education achieve the European level.
