Abstract

This paper describes a demonstration for the 3DLife framework, which embraces technologies developed in EU FP7 NoE project 3DLife - Bringing the Media Internet to Life. One of the key objectives in 3DLife is to build an open and expandable framework for collaborative research on Media interactive communication over the Internet. This framework will be based on a distributed repository of software tools. Currently the 3DLife framework consists of four main modules: simulation of athlete body and motion, a virtual mirror and dressing room, autonomous virtual human, and sports activity analysis in camera networks. This demonstration will be organised in four parts according to the main modules in 3DLife framework. © 2010 Springer-Verlag.
