Abstract

Industrie 4.0 defines a new level of organization and management in the entire value chain for the product lifecycle. The basic technologies include cyber-physical systems, embedded systems and Internet technologies. The reflected benefits are more communicable, flexible, and networkable products and production environments. The purpose of the paper is to present holistic scenarios by using platform technologies. The combination of defining scenarios by using data flow diagram with business process modeling notation is used to establish Human-Machine-Collaboration for small batch-sized production. Cornerstones of this approach are boundary-crossing models in the distributed Industrie 4.0 infrastructure from product development into the production environment.
