The success of an SCM team depends on procedures and processes in place and not solely on the tools identified for use. This paper describes what happens AFTER a tool has been selected. It identifies processes and tools that support these processes for one Xerox organization. It also describes what hurdles other organizations will have to face to achieve similar results.
