Abstract

In order to construct implementation performance measurement system of in China's star hotels travel e-commerce, factor analysis is used in this paper. Based on the theoretic analysis, travel e-commerce implementation performance measurement system is designed. For illustration, a total of 200 valid questionnaires were obtained, the returns ratio was 100%, which satisfied the requirement that the questionnaire returns-ratio was not lower than 20% in the data investigation. By pre-test and pilot test, single-dimension scale test, reliability test and validity test, the empirical results show that the model fitting effect is better. Travel e-commerce implementation performance measurement system design can provide an effective theoretical guidance for Chinese star hotels to further improve e-commerce application efficiency. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
