Abstract

This paper is dedicated to the study of a flying ad-hoc network formed by a number of UAV. The aim of the study is the analysis of routes between the network nodes, the dependence of routes length by the network parameters and motion of nodes. The results presented here were obtained by analytical and simulation methods and gives a description of routes length distributions for the network bounded by a fixed volume. Given results can be used for a network parameters estimation and the routing protocol (algorithm) selection with an accounting of the routes properties.
