Abstract

The growth rate of startup numbers in Indonesia is very high due to the increase of people interest in the technology utilization, particularly Smartphone. However, more than 75% startup that has been increasing has experienced the failure. This is related to many factors, one of which is the lack of qualified Human Resources. This research aims to propose a learning model called Startup Learning Path (SLP), designed using agile methodology approach to be an alternative that can be used by startup to increase the quality of the employees' competence in supporting the startup to realize the vision and mission.
