We recently cared for an infant with infantile myofibromatosis, a rare condition involving the dermal, visceral, muscoloskeletal, and subcutaneous tissues. Most reports of this disorder have appeared in the pathology, cancer, and radiology literature. We report this case and review this condition in order to familiarize pediatricians with the clinical manifestations, histopathologic features, and prognosis of affected infants.
