Abstract

Smart educational systems have become an essential module for intelligent learning and teaching in educational institutions. A review of the literature was done on research studies around the globe to find the research aspects in the vibrant domain. The search keywords were extracted based on the secondary data collected along with Delphi method-based experts’ survey analysis during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study helped in understanding the facets of research studies done on a modular framework, artificial intelligence, and smart education. Innovative strategies were also recommended to implement artificial intelligence-based smart education in institutions across the world.
