Abstract

One of the main aspects of the development of the terrorist threat in the world is the creation of conditions for ensuring its financing. Terror can be divided into state, which is respectively supported by the state budget of the country with a dictatorial government form, and the activities of terrorist organizations, whose financing is carried out from various sources, supporting terrorist activities both explicitly and covertly.
