The aim of this paper was to validate a module, already part of the Moodle platform, to implement learning strategies through ACRA-Abbreviated questionnaire (Acquisition-Codification, Recuperation, Assistance), proposed by Fuentes and Justice. To construct this module, a methodology based on the development of components was employed and for its validation, a set of tests associated with academic performance in a group of twenty students in the program of Systems Engineering at the University of Cartagena in Colombia were performed. After applying the module to the selected population, improvement in the academic performance reflected in the assessment results was observed. The proposed tool represents an innovative contribution that seeks to adapt to the preferences of students and benefits the e-learning community.
