Abstract

The modelling of effective and efficient process structures is important if reengineering projects are to be successful. However in addition to this, methodical and technical support for implementing and monitoring these processes is also becoming a key factor. This article presents a cyclic model for the holistic management of workflow based processes. The approach integrates common reengineering and workflow tools. The aim is continuous improvement of the corporation's flow structure.
