Abstract

Asthma is a chronic disease of the airways that transport air to and from the lungs. Yet, little full cure is available, but management methods can help a person with asthma lead a full and active life. Management of asthma before triggering can help in better treatment and long-term relief of this chronic disease. The proposed device collects the data and analyzes it as programmed. The device uses the concept of the Internet of things and data mining. Initially, the device is set up in the way that it can alert the patient to take quick-relief medication by sensing the configured trigger detectors and systemized in a prescribed way to alert about taking controllers. The critical threshold for environmental triggers asks the user to take medications before long exposure to that harmful environment which can result in asthma episodes. These way-controlled measures can be taken for asthma.
