Abstract

The behavior of some thermodn. properties of liqs. on the solid-liq. phase equil. line, extended beyond the triple point, are analyzed. Exptl. T,P,V data for liqs. in the stable state are used for the extrapolation along chosen isolines into the region of metastability. The behavior of the elasticity, internal pressure, surface tension, and viscosity of the liq. phase along the melting lines of various normal-melting substances were calcd.
