Perioperative haemodynamic optimization

Abstract

Hemodynamic optimization of high-risk surgical patients has been increasingly used in the peri-operative setting. The benefit of this approach for the morbidity and mortality reduction in the postoperative period has been proved by many studies.this article we summarize and comment on the articles published on perioperative goal-directed therapy.
