Abstract

This study aims to explore pre-service teachers’ attitude toward information technology based instruction and creative teaching behavior and their relationship. This study treated current teacher education students in National University of Tainan as subjects. As to research method, questionnaire was the tool of measurement. After eliminating invalid questionnaires with significant intention and incomplete responses, the researcher obtained 206 valid questionnaires. Valid return rate was 85.8%. Research findings are shown that there is a significant and positive correlation between information technology integration attitude and creative teaching behavior. Information technology integration attitude significantly predicts creative Teaching Behavior.
