General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that “in the final analysis, the competition of cyberspace is the competition of talents”. To ensure network security, safeguard cyberspace sovereignty, national security and social public interests, and even build a strong network country, we need to have a rich and broad network security talent reserve. Only by continuously improving the quality of personnel training can more high-quality talents emerge. As the leader of the network security team, the high-quality network security talents are the core force to maintain the national network space security. It has become an urgent task for the relevant departments and colleges of the government to establish a targeted and systematic talent training mechanism and improve the supporting measures for talent training, so as to build a team of talents with excellent quality and strong combat effectiveness. The purpose of this paper is to explore the research of network security talents under the mode of school enterprise joint training, so as to grasp the opportunity and initiative in the new era of competition. In this paper, we will use the research method of specific analysis to compare the data and come to a conclusion.
