Abstract

Social networks influence various aspects of material life and spiritual life. The social relationships are demonstrated clearly in labour market. Many domestic and international researches shows that social networks is an effective unofficial channel for job searching. The study of Sociology graduated students, University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University, Hanoi, graduated in 2015 and 2016 (QH-2011X, QH-2012X) provides the profound understanding and practical updated results about the role of social networks in job searching and career development of graduated students.
