This research attempts to determine the implementation of TTW model that has an impact on improving the quality of the learning theme 'always save energy'. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a population of fourth grade primary school students in the Sultan Agung Cluster and the research sample uses purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data obtained using the t-test sig (2-tailed) is smaller than α= 0,05 (0,000<0,05) so, Ha= accepted and Ho= rejected. The research result concluded that the application of the TTW model has an effect on improving the quality of the learning theme 'always save energy' based on the acquisition of pre-test and post test scores from experimental and control classes. The quality of learning improved the quality of learning, obtaining a score of 0.450 in the experimental class with medium interpretation and 0.253 in the control class with low interpretation.
