Abstract

The objective of this research is to design a pragmatic e-adoption model for institutions or organizations in the e-training implementation. The model is a bipolar method consisting of the "Client versus Provider" consideration. The Client represents the students while the Provider is the Training Service Provider. To find the common meeting ground in terms of affordability, practicality and feasibility, the model will be optimized to meet these objectives. The blended learning component can be supplemented to enhance the e-learning or internet-based courses in certain "abstract and difficult" subjects. For quality course supervision, each course will be overseen by an instructor / tutor for assessment and course forum monitoring. There are students' enrolment statistics of last five years under taking different modes to aid the discussions. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
