Abstract

"Omics" tools have revolutionized the systems and synthetic biology concept in past years. Mathematical, computational, and statistical tools have played an enormous role in dealing with the inherent complexity of the biological system whether be metabolic, signaling, or transcriptional network. In this chapter, methods have been discussed for elucidating the mathematical networks underlying different diseases and thereby identifying the key components to predict the response.
