Abstract

After discussing API design and implementation details, it is now time to discuss how APIs and microservice architecture fit together. This topic has been popular for quite some time and enterprises have started to move towards this design pattern. The content of this chapter is based on questions and discussions with customers. Martin Fowler’s article “Microservices” is available for anyone who wants to learn more about microservice architecture in general.
