Abstract

Klebsiella pneumoniae is a Gram-negative pathogen that has become increasingly antibiotic resistant. Phage therapy is potentially a useful approach to control this pathogen. Here, we present the genome sequence of the phiKMV-like K. pneumoniae podophage Pone. Klebsiella pneumoniae is a Gram-negative pathogen that has become increasingly antibiotic resistant.
