Abstract

The fact that we are all, hearing or deaf, seeing creatures, and thus subject to cognitive-perceptual constraints in our communication, SL observations and analyses are therefor of theoretical interest not only to sign researchers, but also to those working on general linguistics as well. © 2008 Springer Science+Business Media B.V.
