Abstract

In this article we present two different ways to use a certain service which is very important as we can see later. The service is based on getting a piece of information about any medicine which exists now using two different ways. With the first way the user sends a SMS and on an outgoing call made by a voice platform, with which the user can access the information he wants. The second one is based on the voice and the user makes an incoming call to get the information that he wants. These two ways have been proved successfully by a lot of laboratories in Madrid (Spain) and by a lot of people and they are very happy with both ways. Now we are working in a solution based on vocal navigation with which a user can get the piece of information of a medicine using the voice in a web page. © Springer-Verlag 2004.
