Abstract

In this chapter, we discuss the importance of Ecological Momentary Assessment. We start with a description of what Ecological Momentary Assessment is and move on to discuss its applications as it relates to clinical work and research as well as the advantages and disadvantages of this methodology. We also review papers which have looked into the efficacy of this intervention and discuss the future of this methodology.
