Abstract

Inspiration is constantly cited as one of the most important managers who have to improve employee productivity. It can play a vital role in the administrative innovation, process innovation, and product innovation. Current research utilized smart PLS as an suitable instrument of structural equations modeling (SEM) for analyzing the 389 valid survey questionnaires for assessing the proposed model that is based on the transformational leadership characteristic (inspirational motivation) to identify its effect on organizational innovation in the government sector in the United Arab Emirates. The main independent construct is inspirational motivation as. The dependent construct is represented by product innovation, process innovation, and administrative innovation. The researchers have described the relationship between the different constructs. This study could improve insight into the significance of TL and organizational innovation. The results showed that the independent variables could help in predicting innovation. Furthermore, the proposed model could explain 45.7% of the variance that was seen in the administrative innovation, 42.8% of product innovation, and 41.9% in process innovation.
