Abstract

Research was conducted with purpose of obtaining information about the pattern of G x E interaction effect, obtain genotypes of high yielding and stable in different environment, and to know the stability analysis methods are more effective in explaining the effect of G x E and stability of genotypes grown in varied environments. Field experiment conducted at threedifferent location namely Cirebon, Majalengka and Karawang simultaneously during august-December 2010. At all locatons, set of experiment arranged in randomized block design (RAK) with 13 promosing line of black soybean and 2 soybean national varieties as comparator treatment, and repeated three times. The main character is observed plant height (cm), number of seed per plant, number of stems productive, number of pods per plant, grain weight per plant (g), hundredgrain weight (g), grain weight per ploy (kg), grain weight per hectare (ton), harvest index (%), age of flowering and harvest of age. Data were analyzed with analysis of variance combined, eberhart-russell analysis model, Model AMMI (Additive main effect and multiplicative interaction) and procrustes analysis. Comparing the average follow procedures xcott-knott test groups and test smallest real difference (LSD) on the real level 5%.The results showed that the effect of different genotypes in different environments. Especially for plant height, number of productive book, the number of seeds per plant, and weighs 100 grains. Stability test results with the model of Eberhart-Russell showed that for the characters weight of 100 grains of genotypes G1 genotype was stable, weight brangkasan was the genotype G11, grain weight per plot is the G8 genotype, weight of seed per hectare is the genotype of the G8, and Ratio Harvest was G8 genotype. While on a stable genotype AMMI model for the character weight 100 grains of genotype was G4, while the locations tend to be less contribution to the interaction of the characters is the location of Cirebon and Karawang. Weight brangkasan stable genotype was the G8 genotype, whereas a good location with a consistent genotype differences in character is the location Majalengka. Weight of seeds per plot stable genotype is genotype G9, and the location of Cirebon is a location that tends to contribute little to the interaction of the characters grain weight per plot. At Harvest Ratio stable genotype is the genotype G6, while the location of Karawang was the location that tends to show the consistency of genotype variation on Harvest Ratio. Meanwhile, the method/model AMMI provide more reliable results in breaking down the interaction between the genotype with the environment , especially the ability to parse a variety of interactions, relations model approach, and the ability to guess the value of the response.
