Abstract

Numerous techniques have been described for elevating the midface, including standard-open and semi-open methods of treatment. However, the endoscopic small incision midface lift technique approaches the deep layers of the midface in the safest plane of dissection and allows better soft tissue remodeling than other techniques in my experience. Earlier in my experience, I des-cribed multiple access points and several planes of dissection to approach the midface. With each described technique, I have consistently done the procedure in the subperiosteal plane.
