Abstract

Considering the important reference value of weather radar data in the process of weather modification and based on the analysis of historical weather modification data of Yunnan province, china, and the study of various non-precipitation removal algorithms, this paper proposed a new model of intelligent identification and elimination of non-precipitation radar echoes in the environment of low-latitude plateaus, which has been proven to be effective in practical use. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
