Abstract

The original version of this article unfortunately contained a mistake. The corrected details are given below. (a) Variables section: "For example, response options of never, sometimes, often, and very often were transformed to a 50-point scale with 0 = never, 162/3 = sometimes, 331/3 = often, 50 = very often" should read as "For example, response options of never, sometimes, often, and very often were transformed to a 50-point scale with 0 = never, 16 2/3 = sometimes, 33 1/3 = often, 50 = very often". The original article has been corrected.
