Abstract

Hepatitis B virus infection is major global public health problem. determinan of serum markers is cruical for rapid screening and clinical dianosis of HBV infection the detection of hepatitis B surface antigen ( HBsAg) demands highly sensitive and spesific immunoassay. The objective of this study was to compare technical performance of the chemiliminescence immunoasssay (ECLIA) for detecion HBsAg.
