Abstract

Art and Mathematics are inextricably linked. One of the main linkages is the idea of space and its transformations. There is no doubt that throughout the history of Western culture, there were moments when the relationship between mathematics and art has remained hidden, if not absent, and others in which it appeared with great vividness. And one of the privileged periods is obviously the Renaissance.
