Abstract

In the work, the calculation and study of diffractive optical elements (DOE) for the formation of a diffraction-free beam in the form of a thin light sheet, which can be used in planar microscopy, were performed. The calculation of phase DOEs is made on the basis of an iterative algorithm, taking into account the quantization of the phase function.
