Abstract
Under the goals and objectives of 'carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,' China has accelerated the construction of novel power systems and popularized the application of cleanenergy and low-carbon technologies. On January 18, 2022, the first 110-kV digital substation with zero-carbon emission in China - Gaoxiang Substation - was established and put into operation in Wuxi, Jiangsu.
