Abstract

Micro and small enterprises in Colombia (MSEs) need to strengthen their competitive, sustainable and sustainable advantages to respond adapt and sustain in the market. They should focus their efforts on knowledge management, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), innovation, continuous improvement, and Co-Creation. This paper presents a co-creation model based on knowledge management that allows us to innovate in the dairy sector, as a form of adaptation and survival, differentiation and competitiveness as a tool for decision-making.
