Perigosas brincadeiras: a infância em Marcelo Mirisola e Furio Lonza

Abstract

Pequena novela publicada em 2012, Teco, o garoto que não fazia aniversário já antecipa a expectativa de uma obra bufônica e irreverente, dadas as posturas pouco ortodoxas que seus autores - Marcelo Mirisola e Furio Lonza - frequentemente assumem, tanto na cena literária quanto no estilo. Mimetizando a estrutura e a escrita dos livros infantis, os autores subvertem o gênero ao apontar para uma revisão extrema do imaginário e da iconografia acerca da infância. Representações tradicionais da criança - herdadas do imaginário romântico e burguês de fins do século XVIII e início do XIX e que chegam de certa forma até nossos dias - são completamente reviradas pelo nonsense farsesco, pela crítica social e pela violência das grandes cidades. Em meio à divertida inversão de valores (que não poupa alfinetadas às contradições da sociedade e às personalidades do meio intelectual e artístico), Mirisola e Lonza acenam com a possibilidade de questionarmos e repensarmos nossa concepção do que é o infantil, para além da inocência, dos brinquedos coloridos e dos ideais de educação e subjetivação.A short novel published in 2012, Teco, o garoto que não fazia aniversário creates the expectation of a bufonic and irreverent work, given the unorthodox place that authors like Furio Lonza and Marcelo Mirisola have today in the literary scene and in terms of writing style. Imitating the structure and writing of children's books, the authors have subverted the genre pointing towards an extreme revision of childhood's imaginary and iconography. Current traditional representations of the child have their origins in the romantic-bourgeois imaginary of late 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century. Those representations are completely overthrown by farcical nonsense, social criticism and the violence of big cities. In the midst of a fun inversion of values (which also targets society's contradictions and even artistic and intellectual celebrities), Mirisola and Lonza bring the possibility of questioning and rethinking our conception of what is childhood, beyond innocence, colorful toys and ideals of education and subjectivisation.
