During the roll grinding process, it is difficult to attain a high rolling shapes and surface quantities for several factors such as the emery wheel abrasion. This paper puts forward a new Neural Networks intelligent error compensation algorithm to measure round error, which is based on the analysis of the causation of rolling shape. And it has an experiment to verify the algorithm further. © 2006 International Federation for Information Processing.
