Abstract

In general, this paper concerns the topic "Prom Artificial to Natural", namely the subject "Computational Neuroscience" (with emphasis on the subsubject "Plasticity"), as well as the subject "Neuroinformatics" (with emphasis on the subsection "Neurostimulators").
